Redeem your gift card

You are probably lucky enough to have received one of our gift cards. You use the code to unlock your opportunity to choose from our gifts. You can do this by entering the code in the field on our home page. Once you are admitted to our selected gifts, you choose the gift you want and check out at the “checkout” where, of course, you will not be charged a single penny.

We always deliver all gifts as quickly as possible. At most, it takes 25 days but usually it takes less than a week. When you receive your gift is mainly due to the fact that some goods may have longer delivery times from our suppliers and the load we have on our warehouse during certain periods of the year.

Some of our most popular gifts sell out quickly. Of course, we want our customers to get exactly what they want, so we do our best to replenish the stock with these. You can see on the gift’s page when we expect to have it back in stock and when it is possible for you to get this particular gift.

We reserve the right that some products may be sold out by our suppliers without prior notice. If an item is no longer available to order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We do our best to keep our stock up to date, but cannot guarantee that all products are always in stock or available for delivery.

If your code does not work, it may be because it has passed its expiry date. You can see on your gift card how long it is valid for and which segment it applies to. You are of course welcome to contact us if something is not right. We always go the extra mile to make sure our customers are satisfied.

Free shipping: The shipping of the Christmas gift is already paid by the gift card purchaser (your company). For any returns where the package is not collected from the agent within 7 days, the gift card recipient pays the new shipping costs and the return fee of SEK 199.

There is no right of withdrawal because the Christmas gifts are purchased by a company and the Consumer Act does not apply as for a private person. But we want everyone to be happy so please email us your case and we will see if we can help kundtjanst@gavofabriken.se.
